Biography
Yana Jigsaw was born in 1997 in the small Russian village Bogorodskoe. Her childhood was shaped by the strong religious traditions of the village, where she grew up surrounded by the teachings of the Bible. From an early age, Yana was a deeply religious child, and her faith was a guiding force throughout her life.
Yana's school was located between the church and the cemetery, and she was exposed to death and mourning at a young age. Funerals and church services were almost the only entertainment in the village, and Yana spent much of her time reading books in the local library. Despite her limited exposure to the world outside of her village, Yana's curiosity and thirst for knowledge were insatiable.
Throughout her childhood, Yana had two authorities in her life - God and the computer. She was fascinated by the world of technology and spent countless hours exploring the capabilities of her computer. As she grew older, Yana's interest in technology turned into a passion for programming, and she dedicated much of her time to mastering the art of coding.
In 2019, tragedy struck when Yana's brothers passed away. Grieving and seeking solace, she turned to art as a means of healing her soul. Drawing on her deep love of technology and programming, Yana began to experiment with combining her passion for technology with her newfound love of art.
Yana's art is a reflection of her unique life experiences, from her deeply religious upbringing to her love of technology and programming. Her work is a testament to the power of creativity to heal, to inspire, and to transform. Through her art, Yana explores the complexities of the human experience, and the infinite possibilities of the digital world.
